Quarterbacks:
Jordan Love: suffered a right elbow injury but is expected to play in the Wild Card Round against the Eagles. Head coach Matt LaFleur indicated Love's removal from the game was precautionary (read more).
Joe Milton: impressed in his NFL debut for the Patriots in Week 18, completing 22 of 29 attempts for 241 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for a score. With Jacoby Brissett potentially leaving in free agency, Milton could be positioned as the primary backup. At 6-3 and 235 pounds with a 4.62 40-yard dash time, some believe Milton's ideal NFL position might actually be tight end (read more).
Cam Ward 👶: compared to a less chaotic Jameis Winston and praised for his playmaking ability. The article notes he had 17 turnover-worthy plays but suggests he's the best bet to become a franchise quarterback in this class (read more).

Running Backs:
Will Shipley: With Kenneth Gainwell heading to free agency and his dual-threat capabilities (85 career catches at Clemson), Shipley could see an expanded role in Philadelphia's offense next season (read more).
Jaylen Warren: enters 2025 as a restricted free agent, likely to return to Pittsburgh. Expected to face significant competition in the backfield, especially if Najee Harris departs. Projects as a mid-range RB2 if he becomes Pittsburgh's clear starter, but more likely to be a Flex option with upside (read more).
Najee Harris: has recorded over 1,000 rushing yards in each of the past four seasons, but has never averaged more than 4.1 yards per rushing attempt in his career. Pittsburgh declined his fifth-year option, making him likely to play elsewhere in 2025 (read more).
Rico Dowdle: achieved his first 1,000+ rushing yard season in 2024, after only 385 total yards in his first three years. Established a significant passing game role with 39 receptions for 249 receiving yards. Future role uncertain as Cowboys are likely to draft a running back, potentially even in the first round (read more).
Ashton Jeanty 👶: Came within 30 yards of the single-season NCAA college football rushing record. Recorded an impressive 151 missed tackles forced, 49 more than the next closest running back. Accumulated 1,970 yards after contact, more than any other running back's total rushing yards (read more).
J.K. Dobbins: had an impressive season with the Chargers, averaging 13.5 half-PPR fantasy points in 13 games. Missed only four contests due to a knee injury, showing improved durability compared to previous seasons. Expected to potentially re-sign with the Chargers, though team might add mid-round rookie competition (read more).
Aaron Jones: showed signs of decline late in the season and has seen his yards per rushing attempt decrease for three straight years. May not return to Minnesota in 2025, projecting as a mid-range RB2 or lower depending on landing spot (read more).

Wide Receivers:
Christian Watson: feared to have suffered a torn ACL in the game against the Bears. The injury is expected to keep Watson sidelined until near the end of 2025 (read more).
Zay Flowers: suffered a knee injury in Saturday's win over the Cleveland Browns and was forced to exit the game. Flowers was diagnosed with a sprained knee and is unlikely to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card round according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport (read more).
Jordan Whittington: With Demarcus Robinson and Tutu Atwell entering free agency, Whittington could potentially earn a starting role alongside Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Demonstrated playmaking ability with over 120 of his 201 yards coming after the catch (read more).
Keenan Allen: The veteran receiver has expressed he will only consider playing for the Bears, Chargers, or Rams in 2025. Allen is likely to be in a complementary role as a fantasy WR3/FLEX option in 2025, as each of his preferred teams already has established No. 1 receivers (read more).
Tyreek Hill: For the first time since 2016, Hill finished with less than seven touchdowns and fewer than 1,000 receiving yards on the season. Hill hinted at a potential trade request, suggesting his time in Miami could be coming to an end after making eye-opening comments about doing what's best for his career (read more).

Tight Ends:
Jared Wiley: Wiley led all FBS tight ends in receiving touchdowns in 2023 before entering the NFL. Could be positioned to benefit from Travis Kelce's potential retirement, with 122 targets potentially available through the first 15 games. While Noah Gray is likely next in line, Andy Reid's offense historically provides enough targets to support multiple tight ends (read more).
Tucker Kraft: hasn't finished as a top 12 fantasy tight end since Week 14 and has recorded four or fewer receptions in five straight contests. In his previous matchup against the Eagles in Week 1, Kraft recorded just two receptions on three targets for 37 yards (read more).
Pat Freiermuth: Against the Ravens this season, Freiermuth has struggled with just 14 yards on 2 receptions in the first matchup and 16 yards on 3 receptions in the second game (read more).
