📈 Risers & 📉 Fallers:

Last week’s poll results have Justin Fields finishing in the QB11-15 range:

And yet his consensus dynasty ranking sits at QB26 (a tier nobody voted for last week).

Your guess is as good as mine on where he’ll be 2-3 years from now, but the cost to find out is a 2.02 pick this year, according to our consensus rankings. Are you betting on the career renaissance?

📈 Risers:

  • +49 📈 Travis Hunter (98 ➡️ 49)

    • With this big of a move, it looks like some experts were waiting for confirmation on how much he’d play WR. While that still remains to be seen, the Jaguars seem committed to giving him a look at WR first. That + being paired with Trevor Lawrence instead of [insert 1 of Cleveland’s 5 QBs] and this jump up the rankings makes a lot of sense. He’s the 1.05 in our rookie ranks now.

  • +13 📈 D'Andre Swift (116 ➡️ 103)

    • One of the bigger surprises of the draft was the Bears not taking an early RB and instead adding Luther Burden III for WR depth. They could always make a RB move before the season, but if you’re a Swift manager, you have to be relieved (for now).

  • +78 📈 RJ Harvey (184 ➡️ 106)

    • Harvey gets the coveted Denver RB landing spot. This is also noteworthy because Sean Payton rarely drafts RBs in the early rounds: Reggie Bush (1st round), Mark Ingram (1st round), Alvin Kamara (3rd round), and now Harvey (2nd round). With this move, he shoots up to RB27 and the 2.03 pick in rookie drafts. There’s more on him in the Player Insights section below.

📉 Fallers:

  • -22 📉 Najee Harris (101 ➡️ 123)

    • The Chargers brought in Omarion Hampton, who sits as the consensus 1.02 in our rookie ranks. Most sources fully expect Hampton to take this job over at some point during the season. Tough break for Harris managers.

  • -28 📉 Jalen McMillan (109 ➡️ 137)

    • There were likely very few fantasy managers that were happy with Emeka Egbuka (rookie draft 1.09) going to TB. Maybe Godwin’s health is a concern for 2025? Or maybe TB is looking ahead with Evans and Godwin’s careers winding down. Either way, it’s a tough draw for the two young guys this year (great for Baker, though).

  • -50 📉 Shedeur Sanders (80 ➡️ 130)

    • You knew this one was coming. He falls to our 2.07 in rookie drafts and QB30 overall. If you don’t know why he fell by now, you’re living under a rock.

    • What do y’all think? Do you have the stomach to take him in rookie drafts this year? Vote below 👇️

Check out the fully updated rankings below!

  • Drafted by the New Orleans Saints and considered most likely QB after Ward to start more than 50% of games in 2025

  • Despite being older (turning 26 in September), Shough impressed with his size, mobility, and field understanding

  • Could benefit from Derek Carr's shoulder issues and apparent disconnect with the Saints organization

  • RJ Harvey was selected by the Broncos in the second round, landing with a team severely lacking running back talent

  • Harvey is expected to immediately take a massive portion of the backfield carries under Sean Payton, who previously helped make Alvin Kamara a fantasy star

  • Despite being 24 years old and coming from UCF, Harvey's impressive production and elite film suggest he could be a league-winner in his rookie year

  • The article boldly predicts Harvey will finish as a top-12 running back in his first year, barring injury

  • Lions GM Brad Holmes called TeSlaa his 'favorite' wide receiver of the draft class

  • Primary slot receiver at Arkansas, but faces uncertainty about his role with Lions given Amon-Ra St. Brown's presence in the slot

  • At 6'4", 214 pounds with large hands, could potentially compete with Tim Patrick for an outside receiver role

  • May not offer much fantasy value in redraft leagues for 2025, but remains an intriguing long-term prospect for dynasty formats

I had to cut this email short because there was too much info, and the email file size was too large.

Should I bump up the cadence of this newsletter to 2x per week?

I’d be able to share:

I’d also consider adding more content into the mix like:

  • etc.
