Yooo!
Before we dive in to today’s newsletter, I have a quick announcement…
WE ARE LIVEEEEE

YouTube summaries are now available on Dynasty Pulse Premium!
That means:
You get MORE fantasy football content
Save MORE time on your research
And will always be miles ahead of your league
I try (and fail) to listen to all of the best dynasty podcasts every week. There simply is not enough time in the day to consume hours and hours of great content (even on 2x speed).
But almost every podcast is on YouTube, and there’s a ton of great fantasy football cotnent on YouTube in general outside of podcasts.
In other words, it’s a goldmine of fantasy football information.
Launching these summaries is a significant step in the direction towards giving you the most fantasy football insights in the least amount of time possible, and if you can’t tell, I’m fired up about it.
Try it risk-free with our 100% money-back guarantee 👇️
Here’s what else I got for you today:

Whose rankings do you reference the most?(vote to see live results) |

We updated our consensus rankings on Monday (as is tradition).
Here are some notable risers and fallers from the past week:
📈 Risers:
+5 📈 Tucker Kraft (119 ➡️ 114)
He had a solid year last year, and every update I’ve seen about him this offseason seems to be all positive.
Our take: He’s one of my favorite targets at the TE position. His floor is solid. His price tag isn’t too high. And there’s upside for more if he continues to develop.
+9 📈 Tyler Shough (150 ➡️ 141)
Someone’s gotta throw the ball in New Orleans.
Our take: The simple fact is: starting QBs in superflex hold value and he looks like the favorite to get the job. But it’s hard to see a ton of upside here long-term.
+11 📈 J.K. Dobbins (189 ➡️ 178)
Dobbins finds a home in Denver and that’s about as a good of a spot as you could’ve hoped for as a Dobbins manager (like myself).
Our take: I wouldn’t go into this year expecting the same results as last season for Dobbins. R.J. Harvey is much better competition than anybody on the Chargers last season. This situation feels like a toss up. I’ve seen every take from Dobbins being the 1A to Harvey’s 1B, vice versa, and even some people saying Dobbins could be a cut candidate. Who knows? As a Dobbins manager, I’m selling the 1A dream to my leaguemates and hoping somebody bites.
📉 Fallers:
-0 📉 R.J. Harvey (80 ➡️ 80)
SIKE! Harvey was not a faller. He actually didn’t move an inch. But it’s worth discussing because a lot of people might’ve expected a fall here.
Our take: The Dobbins move should not scare you off Harvey. It always seemed like Denver was likely to add another back in the mix. If you liked Harvey before, all those same reasons still apply. The most likely outcome still feels like Harvey is the 1A with upside for more if Dobbins breaks down. And there’s no guarantees for Dobbins beyond this year.
-8 📉 Anthony Richardson (98 ➡️ 106)
The injury news isn’t helping his cause in his EPIC battle (~read in a sarcastic tone~) with Daniel Jones for the starting QB role.
Our take: He’s probably still a HOLD if you have him, and I’m not going out of my way to acquire him.
-19 📉 Dillon Gabriel (240 ➡️ 259)
Dropping in this summary from our Dynasty Pulse Premium feed because I think it’s the perfect breakdown of the situation 👇️
Despite being drafted 50 spots earlier than Sanders, Gabriel is projected to be a career backup due to significant weaknesses in his game
Gabriel lacks the necessary accuracy and arm talent required for making legitimate NFL throws, allowing defenses more flexibility in coverage
His success at Oregon is attributed more to their quarterback-friendly system rather than his own abilities
Currently may not even be better than Joe Flacco, and could potentially only compete with Kenny Pickett for backup duties
Check out the fully updated rankings below!

QB - Jaxson Dart
Mentioned in: A Dart-Throw QB To Target in Fantasy Football 2025
Giants coach Brian Daboll praised Dart as 'excellent,' noting his intelligence and aggressive playing style
Being drafted as a late-round pick (18th round) in fantasy drafts, offering significant value potential
Possesses a dual-threat skill set that could provide a high ceiling at the QB position
Expected to potentially take over from Russell Wilson later in the season, with potential impact during fantasy playoffs (Weeks 15-17)
Will have the opportunity to throw to rookie Malik Nabers, potentially benefiting the entire Giants offense if he succeeds
RB - Omarion Hampton
Mentioned in: Omarion Hampton and 6 More Overrated RBs to Avoid
Hampton, a 221-pound rookie with the Chargers, showcased impressive college stats with 1,504 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns at North Carolina in 2023, followed by 1,660 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns the following season
Despite being a first-round NFL Draft pick with a 4.47 40-yard dash time and strong athletic metrics, analysts warn he may be overvalued due to sharing carries with Najee Harris
Multiple experts predict Hampton will not reach his full fantasy potential in 2025, suggesting his production could be limited to half of what fantasy managers expect unless Harris gets injured
Analysts note concerns about Hampton's early-phase acceleration and ability to break tackles at the NFL level, despite his impressive top speed
The Chargers' backfield is expected to operate as a 1A/1B situation rather than Hampton taking a clear lead role
WR - Ricky Pearsall
Ricky Pearsall is being drafted 82nd overall as WR33, offering significant upside given his versatile skill set and potential role in the 49ers' offense.
With Brandon Aiyuk potentially starting the season on PUP and Deebo Samuel out of the picture, Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings are the two standing wide receivers in the offense.
There's a belief that Ricky Pearsall has the potential to be a top-five or top-ten receiver, unlike Jauan Jennings.
Despite people looking at the statistics he put up last year while ignoring the context that he got shot in the chest in the preseason, Ricky Pearsall is a guy that you want to get on as many Dynasty rosters as you possibly can.
Ricky Pearsall is a young first-round pick who has the opportunity to be the wide receiver one for Kyle Shanahan.
WR - Jameson Williams
NEW: YouTube summaries are now live!
Jameson Williams is considered a fascinating dynasty prospect, currently ranked 62nd overall (WR22) on Underdog, but with the potential to rise significantly.
Last year, Jameson Williams finished as WR19 in scoring, showcasing his ascending star potential despite some uncertainty around the Detroit offense.
Drafted 11th overall, Jameson Williams' elite draft capital indicates the team's high expectations, even knowing he was coming off a torn ACL and would have limited rookie-year production.
There's a bold take that if Jameson Williams hits his ceiling outcome, he has a higher ceiling than Amon-Ra St. Brown, especially with the departure of Ben Johnson potentially shifting the offensive focus away from the slot.
Projections suggest that even a slight adjustment in target share, leaning into Jameson Williams' efficiency from last year, could see him surpass Amon-Ra St. Brown in fantasy points.
TE - Hunter Henry
NEW: YouTube summaries are now live!
Mentioned in: YouTube: The BEST QB & TE Dynasty Trade Targets for 2025
Hunter Henry is described as a forgotten but valuable tight end, finishing as TE12 last year despite missing two games and now going off the board as TE30 in dynasty.
Henry is not flashy but consistently produces 9-10 points per game, making him an ideal TE2 or emergency starter for contenders at virtually no cost.
With improvements to the offense and more weapons to draw defensive attention, Henry could see even more opportunities over the middle and potentially have a surprise top-6 season, reminiscent of Gary Barnidge's breakout.
At age 30, Henry still has several productive years left and is a perfect low-cost insurance policy for teams with uncertainty at tight end.
