The training camp news has been buzzinggggg

Yooo!
Idk about you, but these training camp reports are getting me pretty jacked up for football season. All the positive reports about guys like Egbuka, Diggs, etc. have me confident I’ll be bringing home some hardware at the end of this season. And all of the negative reports about my players are clearly bad takes and misinformation. That’s how you’re supposed to interpret training camp news, right?

Before we dive in, here’s your final reminder that our 31% OFF Training Camp Flash Sale expires tomorrow (July 31st).
Only 4.63% of our first 100+ customers have taken us up on our 30-day 100% money-back guarantee. Which means there’s a 95% chance you’ll loveeee this membership.

The results from last newsletter’s trade poll are in. I asked what you thought of this trade submitted by David:
Team A receives:
AJ Brown
Rhamondre Stevenson
Team B receives:
Chris Olave
27 Late 1st
26 Early 2nd

Survey says… Team B wins in convincing fashion with 59.88% of the vote.
Here are some additional comments left by the voters from each side:
Team A voters (AJB+):
“I'll take the sure things. Olave is a wild card and you never know with draft picks. While Rhamondre is probably being phased out in NE, he'll still get enough action to be a flex play when healthy. AJ Brown is elite as long as he is used.”
Team B voters (Olave+):
“AJ Brown is a clear upgrade over Olave! But, the draft picks are possible team boosters in the future. As of now, team a has the advantage... But, it'll all depend on those draft picks over the next 2 years!”
Fair for both sides voters:
“Could look lopsided if Olave returns to form but if team A pushes for a championship then it’s a price worth paying.”
Our take:
AJB is the known stud in the deal with little risk. When healthy, you know what you’re going to get from him.
Every other asset in this deal is a risk. Rhamondre could be getting phased out. Olave is one concussion away from his career potentially being over. And rookie picks are always a gamble.
Team A improves their chance to win now (assuming they’re a contender).
Team B stacks up some riskier assets where, if they all pay off (a big “if”), could yield a significant ROI in 1-2 years. When you’re rebuilding, you need to take some swings since it’s unlikely your leaguemates will be willing to sell their “sure things.” Team B deserves the higher long-term upside potential by taking on the risk today.
This is how dynasty trades should work, in my opinion.

QB - Geno Smith
Finished as QB13, QB19, and QB5 over his past three seasons
Coming off career highs in passing yards (4,320) and attempts (407)
Expected to see reduced passing upside in Las Vegas's run-focused offense under Pete Carroll
RB - Woody Marks
Mentioned in: 📺️ YouTube: 5 Training Camp RISERS You NEED To Buy In Dynasty Leagues | BUY LOW On Anthony Richardson?
Woody Marks is highlighted as a tremendous zone runner and a great cutback runner, with the hosts noting that the Joe Mixon injury has opened up a huge opportunity for him in Houston.
The Texans gave up a future third-round pick to secure Woody Marks in a running back-heavy draft, signaling strong organizational belief in his potential and system fit.
While Marks is described as a poor man-blocking runner and struggles in pass protection, the hosts believe his opportunity is so strong that he could become fantasy relevant quickly, especially if the team leans on zone concepts.
With Joe Mixon’s foot injury potentially sidelining him for an extended period and Nick Chubb not looking like his old self after a gruesome knee injury, Marks could be the number one running back in Houston as soon as this season, and almost certainly by 2026.
The hosts are bullish on targeting Woody Marks in dynasty leagues, emphasizing that the Texans’ moves (drafting Marks, signing Chubb) were clear signals that Mixon’s days as a reliable fantasy asset are likely over.
WR - Emeka Egbuka
Mentioned in: 📺️ YouTube: Early Training Camp Winners & Breakout Players to Target | Fantasy Football 2025 ft. Sigmund Bloom
Emeka Egbuka is generating major camp buzz in Tampa Bay, with the coaching staff thrilled about his readiness and versatility to play multiple positions.
With Chris Godwin's health in question and a possible stint on the PUP list, Egbuka could step into a massive role and potentially lead the Bucs' receivers in fantasy scoring, a take that has drawn both skepticism and intrigue.
If Godwin misses time, Egbuka could be a top-10 to 15 fantasy WR, and the team is already projecting him for 80-90% of Godwin's production.
WR - Jaylin Noel
Mentioned in: Buy These 5 Rookies Now in Dynasty Fantasy Football
Noel posted impressive numbers at Iowa State in 2024 with 80 receptions, 1,194 receiving yards, and 8 touchdowns
Demonstrated exceptional athleticism at the NFL Combine, running a 4.39 40-yard dash and leading all receivers in vertical jump (41.5"), broad jump (11'2"), and bench reps (23)
Selected in the third round by the Texans, Noel is positioned to take over the slot role with Tank Dell injured
The article predicts Noel's value will skyrocket once the season starts
TE - Chig Okonkwo
Chig Okonkwo is a top late-round tight end stash (18th round), coming off a season where he finished strong with fantasy scores of 14.5, 17.9, 23.6, and 13.4 in the final weeks with improved quarterback play.
The arrival of Cam Ward, a dynamic rookie QB, is expected to boost the Titans’ offense and Okonkwo’s role as a young, athletic tight end.
The hosts are bullish on Okonkwo’s rebirth in a more creative offense, especially with a thin receiving corps outside of Calvin Ridley and Tyler Lockett.
He’s described as 'too free not to pay attention to' and a potential breakout if the offense clicks.
