Players I'm worried and NOT worried about

Yooo!
Today is our 1st day on our new Mon-Fri newsletter cadence.
We start with the AIRING OF GRIEVANCES.

These players let us down in Week 1, but I’m not really worried about them for the rest of the season (in no particular order):
QB - Bo Nix
QB - Dak Prescott
QB - Joe Burrow
RB - Omarion Hampton
WR - AJ Brown
WR - Tee Higgins
WR - Nico Collins
WR - Ja’Marr Chase
WR - George Pickens
WR - Brian Thomas Jr.
WR - Jameson Williams
WR - Amon-Ra St. Brown
All of these players finished with less than 10 points in PPR leagues, but I’m confident better days are ahead.
The other 5 players later in this newsletter… I’m not so sure about.

Keep This Stock Ticker on Your Watchlist
They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

QB - Tua Turntheballova Tagovailoa (MIA)
Tagovailoa had a disastrous performance that directly contributed to the Dolphins' loss, completing only 14 passes for 114 yards and one touchdown. His struggles were compounded by multiple turnovers, including two interceptions and a lost fumble.
The poor performance was made worse by taking three sacks, showing issues with both decision-making and pocket presence. This type of showing raises concerns about Tagovailoa's ability to maintain consistent production in the offense.
Looking ahead to Week 2, Tagovailoa's historical home/away split statistics suggest he performs better at home, but his Week 1 showing was concerning enough that he's being ranked outside the top 18 quarterbacks for the upcoming game against New England, despite the home field advantage.
RB - Kenneth Walker III (SEA)
Mentioned in: Fantasy Football Panic Meter (2025)
Kenneth Walker's Week 1 performance raised significant concerns as he ended up splitting carries with Zach Charbonnet, confirming the Seahawks' previously stated committee approach that many had doubted. This development is particularly worrying given Walker's relatively high draft position in the third to fourth round.
The article expresses serious concern about Walker's rest-of-season outlook, characterizing him as an injury-prone back who will likely remain in a committee situation throughout the year. This represents a significant downgrade to his fantasy value compared to preseason expectations.
While the article advises against selling low on Walker, it suggests trying to leverage his name recognition in a trade, potentially targeting Travis Etienne (who showed bell-cow usage in Week 1) plus another piece like handcuff Ollie Gordon. The panic meter rates Walker at 8 out of 10, indicating serious concerns about his fantasy outlook.
RB - Jerome Ford (CLE)
Mentioned in : YouTube: Fantasy Football Week 1 Losers: Harvey, Pacheco, Walker Disappoint | Should You Panic?
Jerome Ford played 52% of snaps and had 11 of 16 third-down snaps, but the backfield rotation left him with an uninspiring fantasy day.
Dylan Sampson stole the spotlight with 8 catches (most not even on third down) and 12 carries, while Rocket Sanders vultured a goal line TD.
Ford did get two goal line attempts but failed to convert, further hurting his fantasy stock.
Commentators labeled him the least appealing option in the Browns’ three-way committee, suggesting managers could consider dropping him.
RB - Isiah Pacheco (KC)
Mentioned in : Fantasy Football Panic Meter (2025)
Isiah Pacheco's Week 1 usage was extremely concerning, as he received only five carries in the Chiefs' loss. His role appears to be severely limited, with Kareem Hunt taking over short-yardage and long-distance situations, while Brashard Smith also received playing time.
Pacheco's situation is particularly troubling as he's now operating as a committee back who doesn't receive red-zone carries and is removed from the field during passing downs. This represents a significant limitation to his fantasy potential and overall usage.
The article rates Pacheco at 9 out of 10 on the panic meter, suggesting extreme concern about his outlook. While it advises holding rather than trading him due to his rock-bottom value, it acknowledges that his only hope for improvement lies in the Chiefs potentially giving their more efficient runner increased touches in the future.
WR - Cooper Kupp (SEA)
Mentioned in : Fantasy Football: Jahmyr Gibbs' yards before contact per rush and 9 other stats from Week 1 that stood out
Cooper Kupp's role has undergone a significant shift, with his slot route percentage dropping from 63.2% in 2024 to just 47.7% under the new offensive coordinator. This represents a major change in how the former triple crown winner is being utilized in his offense.
When lined up wide, Kupp struggled significantly, running 12 routes without receiving a single target. This suggests potential concerns about his effectiveness outside of his natural slot position.
The addition of Jaxon Smith-Njigba appears to be directly impacting Kupp's usage, with Smith-Njigba commanding an impressive 59% target share while running 22 routes. This new dynamic could continue to affect Kupp's traditional role in the offense.
