TE - Tucker Kraft (GB)

  • Kraft delivered a standout performance with 143 yards and two touchdowns on seven receptions, totaling 33.3 fantasy points - the highest single-game score for any tight end this season.

  • His recent performances have been remarkable, with his 143-yard game ranking as the second-most yards for a tight end this season, while his Week 2 performance of 142 yards stands as the third-highest.

  • In games where Kraft receives five or more targets, he's averaging an impressive 21.3 fantasy points, though target volume remains his only question mark as he establishes himself among the top dynasty tight ends in the game

  • Our take: GET THIS MAN 5+ TARGETS AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS. We highlighted him in our Week 2 trending up newsletter, and he just logged his two highest target totals the last two weeks (10 and 9). Please keep feeding him, Jordan Love.

RB - Tyrone Tracy Jr. (NYG)

  • Tracy Jr. is stepping into a lead-back role following Cam Skattebo's season-ending ankle injury. While the 25-year-old has a different style than Skattebo, he proved capable in this role last year with 839 rushing yards and 284 receiving yards in 2024.

  • Tracy's previous success came primarily after Week 5 of last season, when he took on a more prominent role and played the majority of the Giants' snaps, performing as the RB21 in fantasy points per game during that stretch.

  • While Devin Singletary will be involved in the offense, Tracy has potential to deliver fantasy RB2 value due to his expected volume and excellent pass-catching abilities.

  • Our take: Low-end RB2 sounds about right for Tracy with more upside in softer matchups. His role in the pass game should give him a decent floor most weeks as well.

RB - Tank Bigsby (PHI)

  • Tank Bigsby, who joined Philadelphia through a September 8 trade with Jacksonville, had been limited to just four offensive snaps from Weeks 2-7 before seeing an expanded role in Week 8 following Saquon Barkley's hamstring injury during the third quarter against the Giants.

  • Upon taking over lead-back duties after Barkley's departure, Bigsby secured a 26.3% snap share and maximized his nine carries by eclipsing 100+ rushing yards (104) for the third time in his career, while averaging an impressive 11.6 yards per attempt.

  • Bigsby significantly outperformed Will Shipley, who only registered a 12.3% snap share and generated just two rushing yards on three carries. Barkley's health status will determine Bigsby's role after Philadelphia's Week 9 bye, but his potential to ascend into a sizable workload during Philadelphia's remaining matchups makes him a valuable target, as he's currently available in 83% of leagues.

  • Our take: I dropped Tank a few weeks ago when he wasn’t getting any snaps, and I needed to make a roster move. I hated it at the time because I’ve always believed in the talent. Now I really regret it. If Saquon ever misses time, I think he could have league-winning upside in this offense.

WR - Troy Franklin (DEN)

  • Franklin finally capitalized on his high-value role in Denver's offense with a breakout performance in Week 8, where he dominated the Dallas secondary with a 27.5% target share, accumulating 89 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

  • Prior to Week 8, Franklin had established himself as third on the team in deep targets and impressively ranks fifth in the NFL in red-zone targets, indicating his significant role in the offense's scoring opportunities.

  • While Franklin faces challenging matchups in two of his next three games, he projects as a strong Flex option specifically against the Raiders, who have demonstrated vulnerability by allowing the eighth-most PPR points per target to perimeter wide receivers.

  • Our take: The stat on red zone targets is compelling. It seems like this Denver WR2 role can change week to week, but Franklin might be starting to pull away. He has logged 10 and 8 targets in his last 2 games. Next week will be a great test vs HOU.

RB - Jonathan Taylor (IND)

  • Taylor delivered a remarkable performance with 153 rushing yards, 2 rushing touchdowns, and added 21 receiving yards with a receiving touchdown. This performance moved him into a tie with Lenny Moore for second place on the Colts' franchise rushing touchdown list, just one touchdown away from tying Edgerrin James' franchise record of 64.

  • Taylor has been on an incredible scoring streak, becoming only the fourth player in NFL history to record 12 rushing touchdowns and 1 receiving touchdown in a six-game span, joining the elite company of LaDanian Tomlinson, Emmitt Smith, and Lawrence Johnson. He's recorded three touchdowns in a game four times in 2025, tied for the fourth-most such games in a single season.

  • Taylor's league-leading 850 rushing yards through eight games puts him on pace for 1,806 yards this season. He would need to average 128 yards per game over the second half of 2025 to reach 2,000 yards, compared to his current average of 106 yards per game. He's also approaching his own Colts' single-season records of 1,811 rushing yards and 18 touchdowns set in 2021.

  • Our take: JT is on a wild run right now. At the start of the season, he was ranked 40 OVR in our consensus rankings. Before this weekend, he was 20 OVR and RB4. I’m guessing he’ll overtake Jeanty (19 OVR) in our next update later this week.

Friday’s poll results:

🥇 Best subscriber comment (Cam Skattebo): “Skateboard doesn't worry about broken tackles. He breaks hearts.”

Our take: Warren had an average game last night, but he’s been having a solid year so far. His schedule gets a lot easier in the coming weeks from an RB matchup standpoint. Wasn’t too surprising to see Skattebo as the top choice given all the hype he has gotten this year. The subscriber comment above came before yesterday’s game and was, as it turned out, eerily true. Tough to see anybody go down with an injury like that (P.S. I don’t know if “Skateboard” was an autocorrect or not, so I left it in there haha).
