Yooo!

Congrats to Tyler B. who took down the 1st ever Dynasty Pulse Survivor contest this past weekend. It was a small, but mighty field, and Tyler secured the clinching victory on TNF when the Broncos beat the Raiders 10-7. But hey, nobody said it needed to be pretty. Congrats again šŸ¤

Tonight, we’ve got our top takeaways from week 10, so let’s dive in.

Giddy up.

Top forecasters are already positioning.

WR - Jameson Williams (DET)

  • After being an afterthought in Detroit's offense for most of the season, Jameson Williams experienced a breakthrough performance when head coach Dan Campbell took over play-calling duties. Williams caught six passes for 119 yards and a touchdown, his best game of the season.

  • Known as one of the top deep threats in the league, Williams thrives when Detroit successfully builds off play-action. Campbell's decision to get Williams more involved could signal a significant shift in the Lions' offensive strategy.

  • Coming off a strong third season in 2024 where he set career-highs, Williams had struggled to meet expectations in 2025 until this breakout game. His performance suggests he could return to being a dynamic playmaker in the Lions' offense.

  • Our take: We can’t overreact to 1-game samples, but this could be the start of a meaningful shift in Detroit’s offensive strategy with Dan Campbell taking over play-calling. We know Williams has incredible upside. Let’s see if he can continue to build on this strong performance.

RB - Woody Marks (HOU)

  • Woody Marks logged 16.1 fantasy points, securing 14 carries to Nick Chubb’s five and commanding full goal-line work in Houston’s win.

  • The analysts highlighted that the team’s investment of a day-two draft pick already signaled commitment, and his latest workload confirmed a clear changing of the guard.

  • His blend of passing game skill and growing rushing role gives him RB2 upside with the potential for rising dynasty trade value heading into next season.

  • Given Houston's improving offense and Woody Marks’s youth, the hosts projected him as a long-term hold or sell-for-first candidate in dynasty formats.

  • Our take: This is what we’ve been waiting for. All signs are pointing up. I love his pass-catching floor, and the goal-line work is icing on the cake.

RB - D’Andre Swift (CHI)

  • Swift has solidified his role in the Chicago Bears' offense with a 72% RB touch percentage after a one-game absence, maintaining his status as a top fantasy RB option despite competition from Kyle Monangai.

  • The Bears' running back situation is unique, with Swift and Monangai splitting work by drive rather than traditional down-by-down roles, but Swift significantly outperformed his teammate by earning 8 targets compared to Monangai's 1.

  • Swift is projected to remain a solid fantasy RB2, with the Bears' offense providing a great situation for running backs and Swift maintaining a key role in critical game moments.

  • Our take: This was a relieving game as a Swift manager. It’s annoying that Monangai got the TD, but Swift dominated everywhere else. His lead back role appears safe despite Monangai’s blow-up game against CIN.

QB - Mac Jones (SF)

  • Mac Jones has been performing effectively for the 49ers while Brock Purdy is out, drawing comparisons to Sam Darnold's brief but successful stint with Kyle Shanahan. In Week 10, Jones threw for 319 yards and three touchdowns, producing 23.06 fantasy points.

  • As an upcoming free agent, Jones is seen as an intriguing prospect for dynasty managers, particularly those rebuilding in Superflex leagues. The article suggests he could potentially get a starting look from several teams next year.

  • Jones's performance with the 49ers demonstrates his potential value as a quarterback, showing he can deliver results in a competitive system and potentially position himself for a starting role in the future.

  • Our take: This is now back-to-back seasons where Mac has proven he can be a serviceable QB in the NFL. Feel like he has done enough to get another shot at QB1 next year. We’ve seen bouncebacks like this in recent years with Darnold, Daniel Jones, Baker, and Geno. Maybe Mac is next.

WR - D.K. Metcalf (PIT)

  • Production has been inconsistent with recent lines such as two catches for six yards followed by three for 35 yards on seven targets in Week 10.

  • The hosts framed him as a low end wide receiver two currently, noting he has scored eight or fewer points in three of his last four games.

  • With the Bengals up next, one analyst suggested exploring a redraft buy opportunity due to the anticipated get right matchup despite recent volatility.

  • Our take: I read this and think the opposite. A good game against CIN feels like the perfect opportunity to sell. He only has 3 games this year where he’s been a WR1. In his 6 other games, he’s been WR28, 32, 40, 42, 46, 78.

That’s all for today!

See ya pizza,

Joe
