RB - Travis Etienne Jr. (JAX)

  • Travis Etienne has been consistently performing at a high level, achieving three straight top-12 RB finishes in recent weeks. His red zone performance has been particularly impressive, with nine carries inside the 20-yard line in Week 11, which ties the most by any RB in a single week this season.

  • Etienne's red zone production is standout, as he accumulated 38 red zone rushing yards - the most by any player in the league this season. His consistent involvement in the Jaguars' goal-line offense makes him a valuable fantasy asset.

  • With the 8th easiest remaining schedule for RBs, the article suggests Etienne is likely to be a key player on many championship rosters, indicating strong potential for continued success in the fantasy football playoffs.

  • Our take: Even though Tuten saw increased work this past game, we can’t fully write off Etienne just yet. If he keeps seeing his fair share of goal-line work, he should still be in that low-end RB1 / high-end RB2 range most weeks. We have him worth about a Late 1st in our consensus rankings.

WR - Luther Burden III (CHI)

  • Burden saw an increased role in Week 11 against the Vikings, achieving a 61.1% route participation rate - the fourth-highest on the team and third-highest among wide receivers, a significant jump from his 27.1% route participation in his first eight games.

  • Despite modest Week 11 stats (five targets, three receptions, 27 yards), Burden's expanded usage makes him an intriguing speculative addition, especially with an upcoming game against the Steelers, which is described as a 'drool-inducing fantasy matchup for wide receivers'.

  • The article suggests Burden could potentially be the 'waiver wire prize' after Week 12, recommending that fantasy managers with a bench spot consider adding him proactively before a potential breakout performance.

  • Our take: While he’s most likely not available on waivers in dynasty leagues, it might be worth throwing out some feelers on what it would take to acquire him. We have him roughly worth an Early 2nd. A mid-late 2nd feels like a pretty good value here if you can get him for it.

RB - Emanuel Wilson (GB)

  • Emanuel Wilson is the primary handcuff to add with Josh Jacobs sidelined by a knee injury, as he handled every single running back rush for the Packers after Jacobs exited the Week 11 game against the Giants.

  • Wilson out-snapped teammate Chris Brooks 39 to 5 according to PFF, though Brooks is expected to mix in more without Jacobs active.

  • The Packers face a challenging rest-of-season schedule for running backs, including matchups against the Vikings, Lions, and Broncos in three of their next four games.

  • Our take: Jacobs’ status is still up in the air, but Emanuel is worth throwing some FAAB on just in case. Based on a few other insights I read on our DP premium feed, analysts are expecting Wilson to receive about a 70-30 split if Jacobs were to miss time.

WR - Jalen Coker (CAR)

  • Jalen Coker is emerging as a potential key contributor in the Panthers' passing attack, bringing in all four of his targets for 52 yards in Week 11 and maintaining at least 66% of the team's snaps in recent games.

  • Coker appears to be quickly establishing himself as the No. 2 receiver in Carolina, logging more snaps than Xavier Legette in the past two games and showing increased involvement in the offense.

  • With only 10% roster ownership, Coker represents an intriguing stash option for fantasy managers in deeper leagues, particularly those looking for potential late-season wide receiver depth.

  • Our take: Legette is currently dealing with a hip injury, which could open the door even more for Coker to take over (hey, that rhymed). He had a delayed start to the year because of injury, but he flashed some upside late last year. He has a bit of a cult-following on Reddit, so he’s fun to root for. It only costs a 3rd round pick to find out if the hype is for real.

RB - R.J. Harvey (DEN)

  • RJ Harvey emerged as the clear RB1 for the Denver Broncos in Week 11, commanding 61% of the snaps and rushing attempts while leading the backfield in target share at 9%, despite a tough matchup against the Chiefs.

  • Harvey ranks impressively among running backs in receiving metrics, placing fifth in targets per route run at 23% among backs with at least 100 routes, comparable to top receiving backs like Jahmyr Gibbs and Bijan Robinson.

  • While Harvey faces a challenging remaining schedule, his receiving capabilities and volume suggest he has upgraded to a mid-range RB2 with potential RB1 upside, particularly due to his strong performance in receiving metrics.

  • Our take: Harvey was just okay in his first game without Dobbins. It was a touch matchup vs KC (and he plays them again week 17), but the receiving floor is nice. We have him worth a Late 1st in our consensus rankings.

That’s all for tonight!

See ya pizza,

Joe
