WR - Rashee Rice (KC)
The hosts point out that Rashee Rice is currently the number one wide receiver in points per game since returning, emphasizing that he is "crushing" and has become a major difference-maker for teams down the stretch.
They remind listeners that they advocated buying Rashee Rice throughout the previous season while many others advised selling him for any first-round pick, and they now label that sell-any-first advice as bad because Rice looks fantastic with clear evidence in the scoring.
Rashee Rice is framed as the kind of late-season breakout who can suddenly push a good roster over the top, forcing league-mates to look for extra firepower to keep up, which in turn creates secondary market opportunities for managers who recognize his impact early.
Our take: I don’t know if it’s just me, but it feels like Rice’s performance is going under the radar right now. It’s a good reminder to buy low on elite talent when situations present themselves (e.g. Malik Nabers and Justin Jefferson are two names that come to mind right now)
WR - Alec Pierce (IND)
Mentioned in: Podcast: Dynasty Risers and Fallers Week 13: Mitchell Breaks Out, Metcalf Falls! Dynasty Fantasy Football Podcast - Ep. 754
Alec Pierce has recorded over 15 PPR points in three of his last four games, including a 17.8 point outing, and is averaging 11.4 points per game, which makes him a viable flex or bye week replacement rather than just end of bench depth.
The hosts highlighted that Alec Pierce has been the most consistently productive wide receiver on his team over the past five weeks, even with Michael Pittman Jr. having a strong season, noting that he has rounded out his route tree and can now operate at all levels of the field instead of only as a pure deep threat.
From a dynasty trade perspective, Alec Pierce was framed as a solid but volatile option who can alternate 8 to 17 point weeks, with the analysts suggesting he is worth about a late second round rookie pick or a comparable player swap if a manager needs wide receiver depth and is comfortable with week to week variance.
There was concern that if Alec Pierce leaves his current favorable situation and signs a significant free agent deal to be a higher volume option elsewhere, he might struggle to match his present efficiency, so the hosts generally preferred that he remain in his current offense where single coverage and strong coaching help sustain his fantasy value.
Our take: Pierce will be an interesting name to watch this offseason. I’d probably lean towards selling high now because I’m not sure his production could get much better than this. I’d rather lock in a good return now than risk his value declining elsewhere. I wouldn’t sell low, though. I’d aim for an early-mid 2nd value.
RB - Chuba Hubbard (CAR)
Mentioned in: Podcast: Biggest WINNERS & LOSERS From Week 13 | BUY Adonai Mitchell In Dynasty Leagues???
Chuba Hubbard emerged from Week 13 as the more productive Carolina running back, out-snapping Rico Dowdle 38 to 27 against the Rams and scoring 20.4 fantasy points while nearly matching Dowdle in touches.
The hosts noted that in recent games Hubbard has looked like the fresher and better running back, contrasting his efficiency and energy with Dowdle’s declining production and low yards per carry.
In addition to his rushing, Chuba Hubbard is viewed as the superior passing down option, with the analysts stating that he is a better receiver out of the backfield and a better pass blocker, traits that coaches typically reward with more snaps in negative or high-pressure game scripts.
Although Carolina’s backfield has become a frustrating committee at a critical point in the fantasy season and the team has a bye in Week 14, Hubbard’s versatility and recent performance make him the preferred option of the two once fantasy managers are forced to choose heading into the playoffs.
Our take: “Hey Sil, what do you think of Hubbard?”

WR - Jakobi Meyers (JAX)
Meyers has emerged as the top wide receiver in Jacksonville, logging six targets and 50+ yards in three straight games, including finding the end zone in back-to-back games.
With multiple Jaguars receivers struggling or injured (Brian Thomas Jr. underperforming, Travis Hunter out, Parker Washington banged up), Meyers has become a critical part of the team's passing attack, highlighted by a brilliant 50-yard catch-and-run followed immediately by a touchdown.
The article suggests Meyers might have a decent WR3 floor for the rest of the year, especially with two upcoming games against the Colts that present favorable matchup opportunities.
Our take: At this point, I’m just waiting for the week when Jakobi rips his mask off to reveal himself as Brian Thomas Jr.
RB - Devin Singletary (NYG)
Mentioned in: Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups, Week 14: Devin Singletary, Adonai Mitchell among players to target
Singletary emerged as a key player for the Giants after Tyrone Tracy Jr. exited with a hip injury, racking up 102 scrimmage yards and a touchdown in a loss to the Patriots. His performance makes him a critical waiver wire pickup for fantasy managers.
The Giants have a favorable upcoming schedule during fantasy playoffs, with matchups against the Commanders, Vikings, and Raiders. Particularly enticing is the Washington game, where the defense allows the fifth-most fantasy points to running backs.
With the team on bye in Week 14, Singletary has an opportunity to rest and prepare for a potential increased role in the offense, making him an aggressive add across all fantasy leagues.
Our take: Singletary should hold some sneaky value down the stretch, especially if Tracy were to miss any time. I wouldn’t go crazy trying to acquire him, but would take him as a throw-in piece.
