One Week 3 takeaway for every team

AFC EAST

BUF - James Cook had 4 explosive 20+ yd runs and zero TDs on them, Josh Allen scored both of Buffalo's rushing TDs himself even in a rough game (16-of-26, 2 INT, 4 sacks).

NE - Drake Maye lost a fumble and threw his 6th INT of the season in the blowout loss to Jacksonville. Analysts note his rating has fallen from a league-leading 113.5 to 82.2.

NYJ - Kenyon Sadiq caught 7 passes for 105 yds and a TD filling in with the Jets' other weapons banged up. Analysts call the rookie TE a real waiver add.

MIA - De'Von Achane suffered a torn ACL and has been ruled out for the rest of the season. Ollie Gordon and Jaylen Wright are must-adds.

AFC NORTH

CIN - Chase Brown still commands 70%+ of Cincinnati's snaps as the clear RB1, but just 5 catches for 12 yds over his last 2 games is killing his PPR value. Analysts say keep ranking him as an RB1 anyway.

BAL - Zay Flowers played through a hamstring injury on a 29% snap share but was still targeted on 48% of his routes. Analysts call it a great sign for when he's healthy.

PIT - Jaylen Warren became Pittsburgh's bell cow with Rico Dowdle inactive, turning 20 touches into 175 yds while playing through a shoulder injury.

CLE - Harold Fannin caught 2 TDs, including the 4th-down game winner, doubling his season catch total in one game. Analysts say he can outplay his ADP again.

AFC SOUTH

JAX - Brian Thomas Jr. had 1 catch for 8 yds in a 35-6 win, and still has no TDs through 3 games after an 87-1,282-10 rookie year. Analysts call him a spare part now.

TEN - Cam Ward threw a game-losing INT from the NYG 7 with under 30 seconds left despite having room to run. Analysts call it part of a pattern of costly decisions.

HOU - David Montgomery busted again and lost 2 goal-line looks to Woody Marks in the loss to Indianapolis. Analysts call the backfield volatile.

IND - Daniel Jones threw an INT and lost 2 fumbles, including one in field-goal range that briefly let Houston take the lead late, and Indianapolis still won. Analysts call it a real warning sign given how clean he has to play to be useful.

AFC WEST

KC - Rashee Rice drew a 39% target share and 9 looks in the win over Miami. Analysts say he's back to dominating Kansas City's targets.

LV - Brock Bowers made his season debut after a meniscus trim and caught 10 passes for 116 yds and a TD on 13 targets, more than the rest of the offense combined.

DEN - Bo Nix has been the NFL's most clutch QB since the start of 2025, first in 4th-quarter comebacks, game-winning drives and TDs while trailing, and he did it again to beat the Rams.

LAC - Keaton Mitchell outgained Omarion Hampton 6.5 yds per carry to 3.7 and scored the TD Hampton couldn't punch in. Analysts say he's worth a bench stash.

NFC EAST

PHI - playing tonight

NYG - Jameis Winston won without turning the ball over, but the Giants traded for JJ McCarthy, who could push or replace him.

DAL - George Pickens led Dallas with 11 targets (7 catches, 82 yds, 91% route share) and had 2 wide-open end zone shots that Dak overthrew. Analysts call him a massive buy-low right now.

WAS - Marcus Mariota went 19-of-31 for 183 yds and 3 TDs, then sealed it himself with a late scramble, beating a Seahawks defense that had allowed just 17 points total through 2 games.

NFC NORTH

MIN - Justin Jefferson left in the first quarter with an ankle injury and finished with just 2 catches for 32 yds. Jordan Addison stepped into a 35% target share and had his best game of the season, 5 catches, 90 yds and a 41-yd TD.

DET - Jameson Williams still hasn't topped 50 yds or a TD through 3 games despite Detroit scoring 31 points every week. Analysts call it a real concern.

CHI - playing tonight

GB - Jordan Love dropped back 86% of the time behind a line pressured on 42% of dropbacks in the loss to Atlanta. Analysts say he won't survive the season at that rate.

NFC SOUTH

CAR - Chuba Hubbard is a true bell cow (110 total yds, out-snapped the backup 62-12), but Carolina has run it on just 3 of 15 plays from inside the 5 this season. Analysts call the 20% run rate there ridiculous and a real cap on his TD equity.

NOR - Travis Etienne left with a hamstring injury and the backfield split 3 ways between Alvin Kamara, Kendre Miller and CJ Donaldson. Analysts aren't sure who to trust next.

TB - Baker Mayfield was sacked 6 times and pressured into a game-sealing INT before dislocating his throwing thumb on the game's final snap, weeks after signing a $165M extension.

ATL - Drake London had 9 catches for 194 yds in Michael Penix Jr.'s first start back, up from 6-80 over 2 games with Cooper Rush. Analysts have him back as a WR1.

NFC WEST

SEA - Jadarian Price fumbled again and got benched, but nobody separated, Emanuel Wilson led with 9 carries for just 14 yds while Holani was the most effective back overall. Analysts say treat this backfield as matchup-dependent, not a must-add.

SF - Brock Purdy hasn't been sacked once all season and is on pace for 51 passing TDs. Analysts call him the NFL's leading MVP candidate through 3 weeks, this with San Francisco's receiving corps getting gutted by injuries.

LAR - Kyren Williams answered last week's depth-chart chatter with 21 touches for 158 yds (15 carries, 6 catches), while Blake Corum managed just 15 yds on 6 carries. Analysts say Williams made his backup obsolete.

ARI - Jeremiyah Love outsnapped Tyler Allgeier 55-31 and out-touched him 26-6 in the win at SF. Analysts say he's taking over Arizona's backfield.
