Yooo!
We’ve got another weird week with Fantasy Pros showing some big swings in their overall dynasty rankings (e.g. Daniel Jones is randomly down -120 spots). This also happened in Week 2 (we covered it in detail here), so we’re pushing Risers & Fallers to tomorrow (assuming they update their rankings before then).
In the meantime, we also updated our Week 6 consensus projections/rankings and are planning to do another update of these projections on Saturday to get you the most updated data (this will eventually be a daily update).
We’re also testing out a new newsletter format tonight, so let us know what you think at the bottom of this email!
Giddy up.

According to Fantasy Calc, these are the 3 most traded players over the last 30 days.
The recommendations below are based on the insights we’ve gathered over the last 14 days from articles and podcasts mentioning these players.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt — SELL
Recent breakout performance has created a "buy-turned-sell-window" with reported trade offers as high as a first-round pick or established WR2s like Ladd McConkey or Tee Higgins.
While he's shown lead-back potential with a 67% opportunity share and 150 scrimmage yards in Week 5, the Commanders' backfield has a history of week-to-week volatility and committee usage.
His involvement in the passing game remains a concern, which could limit his fantasy upside and make his value more susceptible to negative game scripts or touchdown dependency.
As a seventh-round pick and an older rookie, his dynasty value is more fragile than higher-drafted players, making him a prime candidate to sell high while the market is enthusiastic.
Leverage his current inflated value to acquire more stable, proven assets or future draft capital, as his profile carries inherent risks that could lead to a significant value decline if his situation changes.
A.J. Brown — HOLD (with opportunistic BUY):
His value is currently at an "all-time low" due to recent inefficiency and team dynamics, making it a poor time to sell. Instead, hold and consider buying if the price is significantly discounted (e.g., 60-65 cents on the dollar).
Despite recent muted box scores, Brown maintains a high target share (28%) and air yards share (46%), which are strong indicators of future production and positive regression.
Upcoming matchups against the Giants and Vikings are seen as favorable opportunities for Brown to bounce back, which could quickly improve his market value.
Analysts consistently highlight his elite talent and entrenched role as the Eagles' primary receiver, suggesting that current struggles are more about offensive scheme and efficiency than a decline in his ability.
Selling now would likely crystallize losses, as the consensus from recent analysis points to a strong likelihood of a rebound in production and subsequent value increase.
Travis Etienne Jr. — HOLD
Etienne is currently performing as an RB9, benefiting from an improved offensive line and a zone-heavy scheme under Liam Coen, which has significantly boosted his rushing efficiency and explosive play rate.
Despite rushing success, his target share and route participation have decreased, and Bhayshul Tuten is siphoning goal-line opportunities, raising concerns about his long-term PPR and touchdown upside.
There's a wide range of opinions on his value, with some viewing him as a sell-high candidate due to efficiency concerns and others seeing him as a locked-in starter, making it a volatile market to trade in.
A tough defensive schedule (Seahawks, Rams) and a Week 8 bye are on the horizon, which could lead to a dip in production and potentially lower his trade value if not managed strategically.
Given his current high-level performance and the potential for future spikes, holding Etienne allows managers to capitalize on his immediate value while retaining the option to sell at a higher price if his production continues, rather than selling into current market uncertainty.

Our take: CMC is on a different level. So much for those concerns in the offseason… Looks like I’m going to have to get creative to stump you guys in the future. To be continued…
