WR - Jayden Higgins (HOU)
Jayden Higgins has been consistently gaining attention in waiver wire discussions, with the article emphasizing his growing role in the Texans' offense. In Week 12, he caught 4 passes for 38 yards and a touchdown, while being targeted a season-high nine times.
The article notes that Higgins has been targeted seven or more times in four games since the Texans' Week 6 bye, indicating an increasing importance in the team's passing game. His potential is further boosted by the expected return of C.J. Stroud.
Despite the quarterback uncertainty between Davis Mills and C.J. Stroud, Higgins is described as an 'excellent stash' with continued potential for his role to grow in the Texans' offense.
Our take: Higgins is starting to crack the weekly low-end WR2 conversation. He’s valued right around a mid-2nd now, but I think he’s got a good chance to raise that value over the rest of the year.
WR - Chimere Dike (TEN)
With Calvin Ridley out for the season and Elic Ayomanor sidelined, Chimere Dike has emerged as a key player in the Titans' passing attack. In a recent game against the Seahawks, Dike caught five of seven targets for 44 yards and a touchdown, also adding a punt return touchdown.
Over his last five games, Dike has hit double-digit PPR fantasy points three times, despite playing in one of the league's worst passing offenses. He has consistently caught at least four passes in three games during this stretch and shown significant special teams potential.
The article emphasizes that Dike is a must-roster player in all 3-WR formats, highlighting his increasing role and potential for fantasy production. His ability to contribute both as a receiver and on special teams makes him an intriguing waiver wire pickup.
Our take: Dike has flashed a few times this year with a WR10, WR14, and WR16 finish on his resume. Someone has to catch passes in TEN right now. Why not Dike? He’s coming off a 2-TD performance with 21.40 fantasy points, and we have him valued just above a 2026 late 3rd.
WR - Wan'Dale Robinson (NYG)
Mentioned in: Fantasy Football Target Trends for Week 13
Wan'Dale Robinson has emerged as a surprising fantasy performer, currently ranking as the WR10 on the season with 102 targets, which is the fifth most among wide receivers. His 14 targets in Week 12 tied his career high from Week 4 of last season.
Robinson has maintained a consistent 27% target share this season, which is just two percentage points above his performance from last season. This consistency has been key to his unexpected success in fantasy football.
His steady involvement in the offense and high target volume make Robinson a reliable option for fantasy managers, especially given his current ranking among wide receivers.
Our take: I didn’t realize how good of a year Wan’Dale has had. He’s been particularly good since the Giants benched Russ and Nabers went down. He doesn’t have a ton of TD upside but he gives you a pretty solid floor each week. I like him as a 2nd FLEX or 1st guy off my bench. We have him ranked one spot below Jayden Higgins (mid-2nd value).
RB - Devin Neal (NOR)
Mentioned in : Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups, Week 13: Devin Neal, Jayden Higgins among top players to target
Neal stepped up significantly in Week 12 after Alvin Kamara's MCL sprain, playing 74% of snaps and recording season-high totals of 61 scrimmage yards on 12 touches, with five catches for 43 yards.
The Saints have one of the easiest remaining running back schedules, facing teams like the Dolphins, Buccaneers, Panthers, Jets, and Titans, which gives Neal potential RB2 upside.
While Taysom Hill will be more involved in the rushing game during Kamara's absence, Neal projects as a volume-based fantasy RB3 with promising potential given the favorable upcoming matchups.
Our take: That receiving floor is what we love to see from our RBs. There aren’t many reasons why Kamara would rush back from this injury, so this job could be Neal’s for at least a few weeks. He’s worth a 3rd for any managers in a pinch at RB.
RB - Chris Rodriguez (WAS)
Chris Rodriguez has essentially taken over the Washington Commanders' running back role based on merit, not due to an injury, which suggests more sustainable long-term value for fantasy managers.
Rodriguez is particularly attractive for playoff-bound teams due to his favorable upcoming schedule against the Giants, Eagles, and Cowboys, making him a potentially valuable bench piece.
The article recommends Rodriguez as a top running back add with a low waiver priority and suggests spending 10-20% of FAAB to acquire him, highlighting his emerging role in the Commanders' offense.
Our take: Another guy you could probably get for a 3rd, Rodriguez had 15 carriers for 79 yards in his last game before the bye. If he can keep getting those ~15 carries down the stretch, he could flirt with low-end RB2 numbers. He’s a sneaky buy for the rest of the way.
That’s all for tonight!
See ya pizza,
Joe
