Yooo!
Last night, I asked you guys who you would start, and we had our 1ST EVER TIE!
22.8% of you voted for JJ McCarthy and 22.8%. voted for Aaron Rodgers.

Our take: This is such a tough call. Any of these guys could be the right answer this week, given the matchups. It makes me sick to say, but I’d probably go JJ in a potential shootout. Gotta risk it to get the biscuit.
Best subscriber comment: “Jordan Love is best QB with the best team around him.”
Alright, now let’s dive into this week’s risers and fallers.
Giddy up.

RISERS 📈
QB - Jacoby Brissett (ARI)
+17 spots, 164 OVR, QB30
Since taking over as the Cardinals' starting quarterback in Week 6, Jacoby Brissett has been remarkably consistent, ranking second in total fantasy points and fantasy points per game, scoring at least 18.7 points in every outing and finishing as a top-12 quarterback in all eight of his starts.
Brissett's impressive streak will be challenged in Week 15 against the Texans, who are the worst matchup for quarterbacks, allowing just 12.2 points per game and preventing any quarterback from scoring 20 points against them.
His recent success has largely relied on garbage time production, which might be more difficult to achieve against the Texans' less explosive offense, making Brissett a risky start despite his recent impressive performances.
Our take: Brissett has been on an absolute tear. As hot as hot gets. And yet I’d still be uncomfortable playing him in this matchup. That’s how good the Texans defense has been. Most of you seem to agree, given he had the lowest vote % in last night’s poll (15.2%).
QB - Anthony Richardson (IND)
+19 spots, 165 OVR, QB31
Mentioned in : Buy Low, Sell High: Week 14 - Dynasty Stash QBs
Richardson is no longer the anointed starter for the Colts, but the article raises an interesting question about his potential: Is he a true bust, or more like other quarterbacks who might succeed later in their career?
With Daniel Jones potentially becoming a free agent and the Vikings showing interest, Richardson might find himself competing against new quarterback acquisitions for the Colts' starting role.
The article emphasizes that Richardson's high upside makes him too valuable to drop, even if the probability of future success seems small, suggesting dynasty league managers should maintain patience with him.
Our take: 👇️

WR - Kyle Williams (NE)
+15 spots, 186 OVR, WR68
Mentioned in : Kyle Williams Scouting Report: The Gut Check No. 669
Kyle Williams is a potential big-play threat for the New England Patriots, who has been used sparingly in 2025 but shows promise as a wide receiver who can make explosive plays in any given week. The article highlights his speed and skill after the catch, noting that he could become a playoff wildcard for the Patriots.
Williams faces a significant challenge in reading coverage, with the article detailing multiple incomplete targets that stem from miscommunication between Williams and quarterback Drake Maye. This is described as the biggest hurdle for rookie receivers, suggesting Williams is still developing his understanding of route running and defensive coverage.
The Patriots seem to view Williams as a potential long-term solution in their receiving corps, with the article suggesting he could become the primary deep threat at split end. Williams offers the team flexibility, potentially allowing them to move other receivers like Kayshon Boutte around and creating multiple offensive options for the future.
Our take: He’s got 4 catches this year, and 2 of them are long TDs (a 72-yarder and a 33-yard one last week). At the bottom of the player pool, he’s as good a deep stash as you’ll find.
FALLERS 📉
RB - Rico Dowdle (CAR)
-12 spots, 110 OVR, RB26
Mentioned in : Ten Things We Learned in Week 13 (Fantasy Football)
Rico Dowdle's dominance in the Carolina Panthers' backfield has recently been challenged, with his snap percentage dropping from over 70% in Weeks 9-11 to a more even split with Chuba Hubbard in recent weeks.
In Week 13, Hubbard actually outsnapped Dowdle for the first time since Week 8, suggesting a potential shift in the backfield dynamics.
The emerging competition with Hubbard could potentially reduce Dowdle from being a potential league-winning player to more of a RB3/flex option for fantasy managers.
Our take: I heard one podcast talk about how Hubbard might’ve come back too soon from injury because he saw Dowdle stealing his job, and that could partly explain Hubbard’s poor performance and limited playing time. But Hubbard looked great in Week 13 vs the Rams. It will be interesting to see how they split the work coming out of the bye. I’m assuming it’ll be pretty close to 50-50, but your guess is as good as mine.
QB - Daniel Jones (IND)
-14 spots, 75 OVR, QB21
Mentioned in : Week 14 Fantasy Football Injury Recap
Daniel Jones suffered a season-ending torn Achilles tendon in the game against Jacksonville, which is particularly challenging given his upcoming free agency status and potential difficulty in learning a new offense while rehabbing.
The injury to his right leg is especially problematic as it's his throwing-side leg, which could significantly impact his downfield accuracy and throwing power when he attempts to return.
Jones' injury compounds the Colts' quarterback challenges, as Anthony Richardson remains on IR with an orbital bone fracture and rookie Riley Leonard is dealing with a PCL sprain in his knee.
Our take: It’s pretty crazy that this injury is likely costing him tens of millions of dollars. I have no idea where he ends up next year, but I assume his value will continue to fall from here. He’s roughly worth a 2027 Late 1st in our consensus rankings.

WR - Stefon Diggs (NE)
-12 spots, 135 OVR, WR51
Despite recent struggles with low-scoring games of 4.0 and 5.6 PPR points, Diggs had previously demonstrated consistent fantasy production with an 8-game stretch of 16.1, 24.6, 5.8, 13.9, 10.4, 12.8, 15.6, and 19.5 PPR points.
The article cautions against recency bias, noting that Diggs deserves the benefit of the doubt due to his previous consistent performance throughout the season.
Diggs has potentially favorable upcoming matchups against Baltimore and the Jets, which could help him return to his earlier form of reliable fantasy production.
Our take: It’s hard to trust Diggs after back-to-back duds, but he gets BUF this week, and the revenge narrative is real. He had his best game of the year against them in Week 5 with 24.6 points. I have him in too many leagues and will be riding with him.
That’s all for tonight!
See ya pizza,
Joe
