How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential

Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.

Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.

Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.

TE - Colston Loveland (CHI)

  • Colston Loveland had just 2 catches for 12 yards on 2 targets and only played in two-tight-end sets, signaling he’s not a starting fantasy option right now.

  • The Bears still value Loveland highly after drafting him 10th overall, but Cole Kmet dominated with 60 snaps and remains the clear TE1 in Chicago.

  • Analysts stressed Loveland might be a slow burn in dynasty: promising long-term, but managers in need of production should pivot to players like Jake Ferguson or Dallas Goedert.

WR - Jaxon Smith-Njigba (SEA)

  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba captured 82% of Seattle’s receiving yards and a staggering 53% target share in Week 1 — the top WR usage in the NFL.

  • With DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett gone, JSN now sits as Seattle’s undisputed WR1 and is projected for 100+ receptions and 1,200–1,300 yards.

  • Analysts hyped him as Amon-Ra St. Brown 2.0, finally realizing his elite WR prospect pedigree.

WR - Calvin Ridley (TEN)

  • Calvin Ridley’s quiet Week 1 (27 yards) was marred by a couple of costly drops, but at least he finally has a QB in Cam Ward who can give him catchable targets.

  • He also faced Patrick Surtain II, arguably the league’s best cornerback, suggesting easier days are ahead.

  • This could be Ridley’s lowest output of the year, making it the perfect time to scoop him up as a high-end WR2 for the season.

WR - Marvin Harrison Jr. (ARI)

  • Marvin Harrison Jr. kicked off strong with 5 receptions on 6 targets, including a touchdown against New Orleans.

  • Arizona’s offense showed major consolidation — half of the team’s targets went to Harrison Jr. and Trey McBride combined.

  • Efficiency and scoring upside suggest Harrison Jr. is set to smash his ADP in year two.

RB - Trey Benson (ARI)

  • Rookie back Trey Benson flashed big-play ability with 69 rushing yards on just 8 carries, including a 50-yard run late to help seal the win.

  • Arizona leaned on him in crunch time instead of James Conner, suggesting his role may expand rapidly.

  • Benson’s explosive style hints at him possibly becoming the true RB1 sooner than expected.
