Yooo!

In case you missed it, we dropped the newsletter cadence down to 1x per week for the early part of the offseason.

We’re working on some big updates to the website and can’t wait to share them with you as we make progress!

In the meantime, you can expect our newsletters to land in your inbox every Wed at 9pm EST up until the NFL draft (late April). We’ll increase the newsletter cadence again after that.

Last week, I asked you all: “Will Aiyuk be fantasy-relevant next season?”

53.85% of you said “No.”

Best subscriber comments: (No) “Coming off an injury and a bad attitude no thanks ”

Our take: I’m surprised it was so close. I wouldn’t touch him with a 10-foot pole. He also burned me years ago when he was in the doghouse, so maybe I’m biased. I’ll let him be someone else’s headache.

Alright, now let’s cover 5 of the most important insights from the past week.

Giddy up.

WR - Matthew Golden (GB)

  • Matthew Golden is a 22-year-old wide receiver for the Packers with a big-play profile that intrigues the author. Despite a modest rookie season with only 29 catches for 361 yards, Golden showed potential during a season where multiple receivers were injured.

  • The potential departure of Romeo Doubs could solidify Golden's role in the Packers' passing game, which has historically produced top-tier efficiency under Matt LaFleur. The author believes Golden is undervalued, questioning why players like Alec Pierce and Xavier Worthy are being drafted rounds ahead of him.

  • While acknowledging that Golden didn't fully capitalize on opportunities in his rookie year, the article suggests his speed and big-play ability make him an interesting late-round draft target. The author sees potential value in Golden's draft price, which is currently outside the top-50 wide receivers.

  • Our take: Golden is currently worth about a 2026 Early 2nd. Knowing 2026 isn’t the best rookie class, he’s an interesting target at this price.

WR - Makai Lemon (WR)

  • Makai Lemon is a dynamic USC wide receiver generating first-round buzz in both NFL and dynasty drafts. The author compares him to a more athletic version of former USC WR Robert Woods, highlighting his natural versatility to play both inside and outside receiver positions.

  • Lemon possesses adequate size and skill for the wide receiver position, making him an attractive prospect in a draft class that is relatively thin on top-end fantasy skill players. His versatility and potential make him a valuable target for teams looking to add playmaking ability.

  • The author is so impressed with Lemon that he would be willing to trade into this draft position to secure him, emphasizing the player's potential impact and the scarcity of high-quality skill players in the 2026 draft class.

  • Our take: One other take I saw on Lemon that is imprinted in my brain: “he’s considered a strong receiver at the catch point, capable of handling contact and creating missed tackles, drawing comparisons to Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.” 👀

RB - Breece Hall (NYJ)

  • Hall is one of the most highly-coveted running backs hitting free agency, with rumblings suggesting the Jets might use the transition tag to retain him. The team has significant cap space, making it likely they'll make some effort to keep Hall.

  • There are questions about whether Hall even wants to remain with the Jets, which opens up potential opportunities for other running backs like Braelon Allen and Isaiah Davis to see expanded roles.

  • The Cardinals could be a potential landing spot for Hall, given the connections of new coaches LaFleur and Nathaniel Hackett to Hall from their New York Jets days, making the desert a 'sneaky landing spot' if he doesn't return to Gang Green.

  • Our take: I think he’ll be solid no matter what because he’s too talented, but I hate seeing rumblings of him staying with the Jets. He’s a peacock, you gotta let him fly!

TE - Tanner Koziol (Rookie)

  • Tanner Koziol was highly productive at Ball State for his first three collegiate seasons, catching 163 passes for 1,507 yards and 18 touchdowns before transferring to Houston for his final season, where he led the Big 12 in receptions and had 74 catches for 727 yards and six touchdowns.

  • With an impressive physical profile measuring 6-foot-7 and 250 pounds, Koziol is noted for being a surprisingly good route runner who moves much better than expected for his size, with strong hands that allow him to maximize his giant frame and create mismatches.

  • While not a very physical player and limited after the catch, Koziol is projected to be an instant red-zone weapon in the NFL due to his size and route-running ability, making him an intriguing late-round dynasty rookie draft target for fantasy managers seeking a potential touchdown threat at tight end.

  • Our take: I had never heard of this guy before stumbling upon him in the Dynasty Pulse feed. One of my favorite perks of our site. It’s amazing how much intel you pick up by just scrolling for a few minutes per day.

RB - Rachaad White (TB)

  • Rachaad White is set to hit the free agent market after four years with Tampa Bay, with the Buccaneers likely to prioritize younger running backs like Bucky Irving and Sean Tucker. White has shown significant improvement in his running efficiency, increasing from 3.65 yards per carry in his first two seasons to 4.3 yards per carry in his most recent two seasons.

  • White's most exceptional attribute is his pass-catching ability, having recorded 205 receptions on 230 targets since entering the league. This puts him behind only Alvin Kamara and Christian McCaffrey in receptions among running backs since 2022, making him particularly valuable in PPR leagues.

  • Potential landing spots for White include teams like the Panthers, Cardinals, Chiefs, or Texans, who could utilize his pass-catching skills. Currently available for a low third-round pick, White represents a potentially high-value acquisition that could offer more immediate impact than a rookie draft pick.

  • Our take: This is the type of move that will go completely unnoticed in your league, but could be clutch in a few spot starts throughout the year. If you’re a contender and have a 3rd, you could wait until you’re on the clock in your rookie draft, and if there’s nobody you like at your pick, maybe throw this offer out there.

That’s all for tonight!

See ya pizza,

Joe
